Kavisa brings 19+ years of personal yoga practice and 8+ years of teaching experience. She received her Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification (85 hours) from Jane Austin's Mama Tree Yoga School and her Yoga Teacher Training (E-RYT® 200 hours) from Laughing Lotus in NYC.
Kavisa has experience teaching: Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga, Meditation Pranayama (Breathwork) and Private Sessions (1-on-1 or small group)
